This follow-up letter reminds the employer of your name and gives you an opportunity to briefly add important information that did not come up during the interview.

How to write this follow-Up letter:

  1. Express appreciation for the time the interviewer spent with you.
  2. Restate the special skills you will bring to the job. Focus on the skills that the interviewer regarded as important. Include, briefly, important information not mentioning during the interview.
  3. Show your interest in the company.
  4. Ask for either the job or a second interview.
